General conditions of purchase

The items selected from those present in the virtual catalog of this site can be purchased under the following conditions.

Acceptance of the order / Conclusion of the contract.

The purchase of what is requested will be completed through the following phases:
  1. By sending the order, the Customer sends Tuttishopping.it a purchase proposal for the selected product or products. Sending the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to art. 10 DL 185/1999) to receive subsequent communications from Tuttishopping.it described below, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract.
  2. Tuttishopping.it confirms with an e-mail message the receipt of the order sent by the Customer, with assignment of a 'Customer Order Number' which must be used in any further communication with Tuttishopping.it
  3. Tuttishopping.it will verify the actual warehouse availability of the requested goods and will, in case of problems, communicate via e-mail or telephone, to the number indicated by the Customer, whether the order can be accepted or not.
  4. Tuttishopping.it will then deliver what has been requested to the designated express courier. Payment by the Customer will take place using the method chosen online at the time of purchase.
  5. Tuttishopping.it declines all responsibility for any damage to the product purchased by the customer due to the responsibility of third parties, except in the case in which the customer has decided to purchase insured shipping.
  6. The customer's complaint following receipt of the product for any damage suffered can only be taken into consideration in the event that the customer has accepted the shipment with reservation.

Delivery methods and costs

Tuttishopping.it will deliver the purchased products to the express courier as quickly as possible within 48/72 hours. The express courier will deliver the purchased goods within the following 48/72 hours (*), to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. Times vary based on the type of shipping purchased by the customer and the type of product purchased. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer.

Applicable law

The sales contract between the customer and Tuttishopping.it is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law.

(*) The delivery times indicated represent the time normally required to deliver the products and are provided solely for indicative purposes, without undertaking any commitment or guarantee of compliance with the same on the part of Tuttishopping.it

Our Returns Policy

Please review our Returns Policy before purchasing our products. We reserve the right to change the company return policies upon modification of this communication which can be viewed on our website. The return criteria indicated below are updated to 05/2023
All issues relating to errors or problems arising from our services must be immediately reported to our contacts to allow us to resolve the issue.

Cancellation rights

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase contract for any reason and without any penalty within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation it will be necessary to provide a clear declaration of intent by completing the cancellation form to be sent by email to servizioclienti@tuttishopping.it
Cancellation under the aforementioned conditions will be applied if the products have not been opened and have the original packaging intact.

Effects of cancellation of the purchase contract

Following the cancellation described above we will refund all payments received from you excluding shipping costs and any additional costs if an insurance service has been chosen.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund for loss of value of any goods supplied resulting from your handling of the goods.
The refund will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If an incorrect item is delivered to you by mistake, it will be in our interest, as soon as we are notified of the error by you, to examine the problem and offer you the best solution.
Each case will be examined individually; in some cases we may request additional information, such as images or videos, in order to investigate the issue.
Our goal remains to provide our customers with the best and fastest solution possible.

What should I do if my item is damaged?

Although we take great care to prevent any damage to the products during transit by providing the best possible packaging solution, we are aware that any damage may arise due to transport operations.
We therefore invite you to purchase the insurance service available on the site in conjunction with the desired products. This service will ensure the replacement of the damaged product or the reimbursement of the value of the product and the shipping costs incurred if replacement is impossible.
With reference to customized products that may present damage due to transport, the insurance service will cover the shipping and repair costs of the same.

What should I do if the product purchased in PRE-ORDER is late in arriving?

Products categorized and purchased as Pre-order are made available and shipped upon arrival in the warehouse.
As we are not responsible for the delivery times used by the manufacturer, this type of product is not fully refundable.
In case of cancellation by the customer, administrative costs corresponding to 25% of the order amount will be retained; alternatively, it is possible to request the replacement of the product with another of the same or higher value.

The validation of the order payment signs the contract between our online store and the customer, who therefore unconditionally accepts these general conditions of sale.
